Welcome! I am a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University with a passion for public health and mental health promotion. Throughout my professional journey, I have had the privilege of blending research and teaching to explore how we can improve mental health outcomes, particularly for underserved communities.
With a PhD in Health Science from Ghent University, my research focuses on resilience and well-being, with a special emphasis on the Pakistani community. I believe that both education and research can drive meaningful change, and I am dedicated to building evidence-based solutions that make a real-world impact. Whether in the classroom or the community, my goal is to inspire, innovate, and contribute to a healthier, more resilient future.
